Unlike other small and lightweight LRF modules among Wanyan’s product line-up, this one is medium-size designed to match its high range performance of up to 20km on vehicle (2.3m×4.6m). The small beam divergence of 0.3mrad offers a capability of intensive and stable laser emitting, meanwhile the large diameter (77mm) of laser receiving aperture ensure more reflected laser echo to be gathered. It is highly recommend to be used in ultra long range applications such as maritime electro-optical surveillance system.

The LRF module delivers an excellent max. measurement range of up to 20000 meters on 2.3m×4.6m target.

The module is able to detect and report the ambient temperature during operation, to check if the working condition is suitable.

This module can simultaneously detect 2 targets in the same line of sight, and measure their distances as needed.

The optical lens of the laser emitting and receiving system is waterproof, enabling it to work in maritime environment and be integrated into naval EO systems.
